Step 1.

Interview and Onboarding (2 weeks)

You MUST be:

High Drive personality who is a sales killer

Experienced and knowledgeable about the online high ticket space

Ambitious and ready to roll up your sleeves (we don't work with 'coasters')

Step 2.

Qualify and Triage Prospects (3-6 months)

Join our team as a GROWTH ADVISOR and prove your sales skills..

Complete 20-30min qualification calls
Dial in and learn our process, product and prospect
Get paid commissions of $70k + OTE if you hit minimum KPIs
IF you crush it in the first 2-4 months get regular commission bumps and better leads 💪

Step 3.

Qualify and Triage Prospects (3-6 months)
Close deals (4 months+)
Top Producers will have the opportunity to CLOSE as a BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Complete 60min ZOOM sales calls

Get paid commissions of $200k + OTE if you hit minimum KPIs

Appointment Setter Pathway $70k+ a year...

You have 1 year+ of experience with triage calls and setting clients in high ticket offers

Comfortable being uncomfortable having conversations that dig for pain

Process driven and metric focused performer

We want a setting and outbound machine based in the States who is ready to take the next step in their sales career.

We have more US/CA leads than our Closers can handle. You would join us at the ground floor of our US operation and the opportunity for growth in the future is massive...
